Booking & Payments
• How do I book a transfer or tour?
You can book directly through our website or contact us via email or phone. Instant confirmation is provided for online bookings.
• What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.
• Can I make a last-minute booking?
Yes, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service.
Transfers
• How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger is allowed one standard check-in suitcase and one small personal item (such as a handbag, backpack, or laptop bag – not a carry-on trolley).
Sedan or Estate vehicles can accommodate:
Up to 4 check-in suitcases, or
3 check-in suitcases + 1 carry-on size bag, or
2 check-in suitcases + 2 carry-on size bags.
If you are traveling with extra or oversized luggage, or if you are unsure which vehicle best fits your needs, please let us know the exact number and type(check-in or carry-on)of your luggage items in advance.

• Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
For all airport pickups, we offer up to 60 minutes complimentary waiting time after the actual arrival time of your flight, as published on the official airport website.
For port pickups, the complimentary waiting time is up to 30 minutes after the actual docking time of your ferry, as shown on the official port authority site.
If your scheduled pick-up time is set later than your actual arrival (e.g., to allow time for luggage or personal plans), the complimentary waiting time applies from the agreed-upon pickup time.
We actively monitor flight and ferry schedules. In the event of a delay of less than 12 hours, we will automatically adjust your pickup time and deliver the service with no extra charge.
If the delay exceeds 12 hours from the originally scheduled arrival, we may need to reschedule the transfer depending on availability. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer a new time slot or provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
• Do you provide baby/booster seats?
Yes, upon request at an extra charge of 5€ for each seats/booster.
Tours
- What types of tours do you offer? We offer a variety of private and small-group tours including historical city tours, coastal routes, and cultural day trips.
- Are the tours guided? Yes. All tours are led by professional, English-speaking drivers with deep knowledge of Greek history and culture.
- Can I customize a tour itinerary? Absolutely. We specialize in tailor-made experiences to suit your interests and time frame.
- Do tours include entrance fees to sites? Unless stated otherwise, entrance fees are not included. We can assist with ticket booking upon request.
- What should I bring on a tour? Comfortable shoes, sun protection, a camera, and your sense of adventure! Water and refreshments are provided in all vehicles.
- Are tours suitable for families with children? Yes! Our tours are family-friendly, and we can accommodate children’s needs with appropriate seating and stops
Cancellations & Changes
• Can I cancel or change my booking? Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made later are non-refundable.
• How do I reschedule a delayed booking?
For delays of more than 12 hours (based on official information), we will do our best to reschedule your service. Please contact us immediately.
Extras
• Do you offer guided tours?
Yes, with experienced English-speaking drivers who are knowledgeable in Greek history and culture.

• Can I request a specific type of vehicle?
Absolutely. You can choose between sedan, estate, or minivan vehicles during the booking process.
