  • Booking & Payment

    All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or by phone.

    Prices are provided in Euro (€) and include VAT and tolls unless otherwise stated.

    Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.

    Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash (where agreed).


  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

    Cancellations within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable.

    In case of traveler no-show or incorrect client-provided information, the full fare is charged.

    In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide your scheduled transfer or tour due to reasons within our responsibility, you will be fully compensated. 

     Our priority is always to provide reliable service, and we will do our best to assist you with alternative arrangements when possible.


    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.


  • Flights & Ferry/Cruises Monitoring

    We understand that travel plans may be affected by unforeseen delays. For airport and port pickups, we monitor your arrival time through the official websites and adjust our schedule accordingly.


    However, if your arrival is delayed by more than 12 hours from the originally scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service. In such cases, we will do our best to offer a new time slot or provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.


    Please ensure you keep us informed of any updates or changes to your travel itinerary as soon as possible.

  • Limitation of liability

    We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, road closures, or traffic). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

  • Privacy

    All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties except when necessary to complete the service.

  • Applicable Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
